Subscription Questions
When does my subscription begin?
You will receive your first issue within 46 weeks
of subscribing. Please allow extra time for international orders. If you have
not received your first issue within 6 weeks, please call Denise Crain, circulation director, at 800/868-5866, MondayFriday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., PST.
How do I renew my subscription?
We send renewal notices by mail prior to the end
of your subscription. You can mail your renewal back by post, or you can renew
online. To renew your subscription by telephone, please call 1-800-868-5866.
I'm moving. Will my change of address disrupt
my service?
Please make sure to give us 68 weeks notice
to make certain that your magazine arrives at your new address on schedule.
To change your address online: Please e-mail Subscriptions. Make sure you provide
both your old and new address in your e-mail. To change your address by mail: Please send both your old and new addresses, preferably
by using the current label on your magazine. Be sure to include the effective
date of your address change.

Editorial Questions
How do I submit a company press release to be
printed in Fresh Cup?
Fresh Cup
contains a press release section titled Counter Intelligence that showcases new products of interest to specialty beverage
retailers; highlights changes in personnel at specialty beverage companies;
and features special events, company awards, facility expansions,
etc., in the specialty coffee and tea industry. We accept prints, slides, transparencies,
and digital photos. All digital images must be at least 300 dpi to be printed
in the magazine. Selection of appropriate press releases and photos is left entirely
to the discretion of Fresh Cup Magazine.

Does Fresh
Cup accept freelance articles?
Yes, but please query first. Write a brief paragraph about your article idea and
how it applies to our audience. The editor will contact you if we are interested
in the idea. Please familiarize yourself with the magazine prior to sending a
query, and do not submit materials that you want returned. To submit an article

Can I reproduce any artwork that I see
in your magazine or on your Web site?
No. We commission artists to create these images and have the rights to reproduce
them only for our magazine.
I am an artist interested in doing freelance
work for your magazine. How do I submit work samples?

Where can I buy the cup on the cover of
your magazine?
Our cups come mostly from vintage and antique shops, so most are not available
for purchase.
