Editorial Questions

How do I submit a company press release to be printed
in
Fresh Cup?
Fresh Cup contains a press release section titled Counter Intelligence that showcases new products of interest to specialty beverage retailers; highlights changes in personnel at specialty beverage companies; and features special events, company awards, facility expansions, etc., in the specialty coffee and tea industry. We accept prints, slides, transparencies, and digital photos. All digital images must be at least 300 dpi to be printed in the magazine. Selection of appropriate press releases and photos is left entirely to the discretion of Fresh Cup Magazine. Address non-returnable press release items to Chris Ryan, Fresh Cup Magazine, PO Box 14827, Portland, OR 97293-0827.

Does Fresh Cup accept freelance articles?
Yes, but please query first. Write a brief paragraph about your article idea and how it applies to our audience. The editor will contact you if we are interested in the idea. Please familiarize yourself with the magazine prior to sending a query, and do not submit materials that you want returned. To submit an article idea or to receive a copy of our Writers' Guidelines, e-mail or write to Julie Beals ( julie@freshcup.com), Fresh Cup Magazine, PO Box 14827, Portland, OR 97293-0827.

Can I reproduce any artwork that I see in your magazine or on your Web site?
No. We commission artists to create these images and have the rights to reproduce them only for our magazine.
